MY STORY
I didn’t come to AI from a lab. I came to it from the growth trenches.
For most of my career, my job has been a simple, unforgiving question: how do we grow — profitably, and faster than yesterday? I’ve spent 18+ years answering it across search, performance, and full-funnel marketing at consumer brands where every rupee of acquisition spend has to earn its place. I learned growth the way it actually works: owning the number, leading the team, and living with the results.
Climbing from manager to VP and Chief Digital Marketing Officer taught me that great marketing is a business discipline before it’s a creative or a technical one. The teams that win aren’t the ones with the flashiest tools — they’re the ones who know their unit economics, pick the right bets, and execute with discipline. Marketing leadership, to me, has always been about that clarity: knowing what to spend, where, and why.
When AI moved from novelty to a real force in marketing, I didn’t watch from the sidelines — I put it to work. I use AI to compress the distance between idea and campaign: to test more, write faster, and make sharper calls with data. My product and engineering background means I can go deeper than most marketers on how these systems actually behave, without ever losing the marketer’s instinct for what will move a customer.
Today I help teams grow by combining both: the seasoned judgment of a marketing leader and the practical edge of someone who builds with AI every day. I believe the best growth comes from people who understand their business deeply, decide fast, and use the best tools available — old and new — to serve the person on the other side of the screen.
